Try calling information for Naperville, IL. Ask for the law offices of Michelle Moore. I have used her in the past for a ton of things. She has gotten me off of everything I have ever done. My buddy just got a ticket on I-55 for doing 125 in a 55. LOL Well anyways she got him 100 dollar fine and supervision. Check your facts and you'll see thats rediculously low for what he should of got. Well anyways she has also done amasing things for me and she is hot as hell to. She isnt exactly "cheap", but hey what is when you're talking about quality. Good luck to your buddy anways........Cheers
