I hope you guys know more lancer folks than the "mom and kids" I seem to see in every lancer I pass. And don't assume everyone knows about this site or even reads the internet! Unless those are the only folks you want to attract......

Dave and I were talking on the 3rd I believe and we are now tagging peoples' lancers and EVOs with our number/the site on them. I've been doing handwritten notes, not sure what Dave's been doing. We are really excited about this, but we see the same people who posted on this page just multipule times, so looking at a future seems a little far out.

 

I think Mookie would bbe down for something too.

A nice cruise would be great. I like taking pics, moving or non, even though my car has some *cough* blemish's on it.

So far i see 4 or 5 people interested in this so we might get something started. by the end of the summer we might have another. (A friend of mine is thinking of buying a lancer)

So a cruise, meal, and photoshoot should be organized for July then?

some kind of autocross would be fun, but i have no idea where we'd be able to do that. any one have any ideas?

 

GIR has autox every sunday during the summer I believe. You might have to check into that. I've done it while the Lancer was mainly stock and I sucked bad, but it was a one time thing that I never had practiced before.

 

sounds like fun, i have a few friends that do it in Mazda3's and they say it's fun as hell

 

i live pretty close to st. louis i wouldnt mind meeting up with fellow lancers.

but STL sucks for car stuff. hence the club, to try and generate some fun

 

Hmmm, multiple Evo in STL threads open all at once! I'm so excited I agree about the meet and drive thing. A nice drive would be fun...but the nice police officers might crap themselves with so many wings in one place! Lets do this thing and get something in stone!
