it's ok, i'm pretty poor too. my es is pretty stock as well. working on changing that though

 

I'm always down for meets. And as allie says, sitting around is gay and boring. Driving around is better. And hopefully by the next lancer/evo meet, the VIII will be sold and the IX will be mine

 

there was some talk of a meet/cruise that should have gone down this past weekend....dunno how that went..

I'm going autocrossing at Gateway on the 23rd...

Whats up people, I am an hour from STL but am def down for a meet every now an then. It gets lonely over here in Illinois with no lancers and Evos around . I am in Maryland now till Mid August so lets get this big b4 i get over there lol

 

well i made a meet for gateway but no evos or that sort showed up so im kinda giving up on the local crew.

 

i'm guessing it didn't go well.....same thing happened when i tried to organize something

 

so plans for my car have changed and i'm now keeping the lancer for college i'm gonna try and revive this thread by making a proposal of a lancer meet before the end of july up at west county mall; maybe on the roof of Dick's sporting goods or somewhere with less traffic. We could grab some food and just hang out for a while. I'm kinda curious to see some more lancers show up that aren't on this board since there seems to be more and more lancers appearing around this area (namely a yellow oz lancer with a body kit that came through my work; silky's frozen custard, a few times. So if you see someone with a lancer come up to where you work, or just happen to park next to some lancer driver, let them know of the plans (once it's finalized)

 

Dick's sounds like a good idea. I have a cruise route that starts in Chesterfield (we met up at Dick's for pictures before hand). Saw two lancers on the road today, but couldn't talk to either one.

 

I'm still up for a meet, but I have to know in advance so I can get off work. Lancer or evo or any car, doesn't matter to me. I just like to see cars and have fun!

ya whenever someone gets something solid together let me know, i could arrange a photoshoot. My boyfriend has a really nice nikon camera and he photographs alot of cars.

 

like i said im like 25 mins away from st louis so im down to go to a meet that would be awesome so let me know if there is going to be one.

 

I'm up for a meet or ride. I'm located on the IL side in Collinsville. I've got a decent camera(Canon 20D) for some pics as well.

 

I'd be up for a meet. Someone should just pick a date.. 05ES? West county mall isnt a bad idea, although im not sure where most people are coming from... Is anyone on here in or around west county? I've seen a silver MR at the stl community college (meremec) campus....also theres a guy who lives in my neighborhood whos evo looks exactly like mine (black with black windows)....

Also, if you didnt know theres a forum called stlsr.com you might want to check out for other people in the area.

 

stlsr is a joke most of them are tool's on there too, no one with evo's post on there anymore.
