me and a crew of people from work cruised out to hin Chitown to-night and, well, for the premium dough shelled out it was ok, It just seemed like I paid 30 bux (not including $20 parking) to sit through a comercial all night. it was fun and all but I only saw a few evos and for the most part wasnt too impressed with them (pretty rough). AMS had the stealth track evo there I would have liked to see the tent and all though. This was my first hin event and I dunno maybe I was expecting more or maybe the 100 degree weather with 100% humidity sucked the excitment out.
Subie guys had an outstanding showing with some very profesional vendors and quite a few nice cars. anybody here go?

 

yeah, i was down there. the heat and humidity sucked, the women sucked, and the cars sucked for the most part. this was one of the "night shift" shows. there drifting kicked *** from what i saw. there was only about half of the cars on display that were at the normal HIN show in march. that show was alot better.

 

^^^^that's why most of the people I know quit going to HIN a few years ago. From what I hear it keeps getting worse. I feel like I can see the same cars at car meets anytime without paying for it.

 

Glad I didnt go. I was on my way, about to hop on the freeway, and I get rear ended in my moms car. I am thinking, you got to be kidding me. The danm old lady driving that hit me couldnt even see over her stearing wheel. She shouldnt even be driving. After that I was too bummed out to even go down there , especially with the heat so I came back home and came on EvolutioinM.net

 

Its sukd! Im done with hin shows. 2 much money and 2 much bs.

 

I was there with my Evo. IMHO, not worth the $80 i paid for two tickets and parking.

 

I was there. But I was working. I got in for free, but was working with the HPI-RC Demo.

You guys may have seen me. I was drifting my Red RC Porsche. All of us there were w/ HPI/Dunlop/JGTCA.

 

i went there to only thing i was excited to see was ams time attack evo. other than that it was ok.... good thing i got in for free lol!
