Recommended Chicagoland Mitsu Dealers?

I bought my 05 Evo last December from Schaumburg Mitsubishi and I had such a bad experience with their sales department that I never wanted to go back to that dealer again. Unfortunately I had to bring the car back in just a couple weeks later because my front end alignment was off and I also brought the car in to the same dealer for my 1,000 mile check up. I haven't had any issues with them but everyone in the service department just rubs me the wrong way because they are not nice at all. I was going to have Schaumburg do my oil changes but they want $105 for an oil change. They also wanted $70 if I brought my own oil. So I decided that I was going to bring my car to Max Masen Mitsubishi in Downers Grove to get all my oil changes done because they charge me $30 if I bring my own oil and they always send me those customer feedback survey's which I always give them 100% on. I have never received one of these survey's from Schaumurg Mitsu after I brought my car into them. I have received 3 so far from Max Madsen. Anyways I wanted to know if there are any other recommend Mitsu dealers in the Chicago area that also might be mod friendly? Max Madsen is good but they are so damn far from me and they told me I can do catback, intake, and turbo timer.

Interesting. I'm in the middle of a deal with Schaumburg. Who did you work with in the sales department? The guy I've been working with is the first one I've met that knows anything about Evos... especially compared to those guys down at any of the three Max Madsen places. He's treated me the best I've ever been treated at a dealership, and I would love to make the deal happen with him. I'd really like to know more specifics though, because up till now, I really thought that Schaumburg was the best in the area.

Reese was my salesman and he was awesome. It's very funny because every salesman thinks they know so much about the evo but they don't know jack. What turned me away from the dealership is that the owner is a complete jackass. He said that he wasn't happy with my sale but he wasn't worried because he knew he would make back all of my money once I visited the service department. Those are the exact words of the owner. The dealership is a complete joke. I wish I would have bought my car from Max Madsen in Downers Grove because I probably could have got a better deal. I was going back and forth between the two of them because Max Madsen had the WW evo and Scahumburg had the EB. Needless to say if I ever bought another mitsu again it would not be from Schaumburg.

Anyways back on topic any good chicagoland mitsu delaers out there for service?

The only interaction i've had was getting the coolant line recall done and a seat replaced in my car, but I've had nothing but great luck with Max Madeson in Aurora off of 34/ogden by the Mall. The manager there has been great in managing expectations with timing both times I was there. I couldn't be happier with my buying & service experiences there.

I bought my EVO in Schaumburg Mitsu, the Service department sucks, the manager is an @sshole, but as for the prices of evos, they are very good.
And about that survey, their was a copy of mine ALREADY filled out, inside my car after I got it back. I was like WTF? They filled out the survey for me, lol,
