Tumble, roll, and dusted.

Another sad day for an Evo in Colorado. A few of us think we know who this guy is. Unfortunately he was kind of a arrogant ***. We met him at a car show during the summer. He reminded me of a 19 year old trapped in a 45 year old body that couldnt keep his mouth shut about how fast his evo was. Despite my opinion of the guy, I feel bad for the situation. Mostly bad for the girl who passed away. Best wishes for her family and friends. I have driven that road many times. It is a good road for high speeds, but the limit was tested a little too much here.

There is absolutely no excuse for something like this. Know your car and its limitations. Furthermore, don't pull stupid stuff like this with others in the car. It's bad enough that he endangered other innocent and uninvolved people by driving like a dick. Judging by the damage and the extent with which he was out of control, it's fortunate that only one person died. I say that not to take away from the tragic loss of this young girl's life. It looks like he's going do to some serious time for that. Be safe out there. I'm a Firefigher/Paramedic and see too much of this stuff already.

this guy will get a slap on the wrist and some work release time. trust me i know, the guy that hit me while on a bike was racing another drunk *** that hit my friend. damn near killed me, my gf at the time (was on the bike with me) and my friend who was on his bike next to me.

they 30 days work release, probation, and not a whole lot else. they were estimated to have been travelling 120+ when they rear ended us as we had just left a light and were doing about 20mph

if he is a first time offender they will most likely go fairly light on him even though i think he should get his *** kicked for being a moron

oh, and they blew a .18 and .20 an hour after they hit us. one of them passed out on the hood of the cop car when they were trying to give him a breathalyzer

I saw that on Fox the other night. 45 years old, what was he doing???

My thoughts go out to the 24 year old.
