Well, that's right folks.... it's looking like Sunday might be the day.
Mitsu Meet! 
We should have about three (possibly four) Galant owners that are down to meet up in the Springs on Sunday, Dec. 10th. Two of them are essentially stock, while the other runs a car club based out of Miami and has done some pretty radical things to his ride!
(yes, I said "radical".... 
)
We plan to meet at an as-of-yet undisclosed location and join up with a couple of my fellow 3rd gen Eclipse owners. One of said owners has swapped a 6g74 into his Eclipse. For those more familiar with the 4-banger engine coding, that's the 3.5L V6 Mitsu puts in their Diamante. That thing hauls some @$$!! (I've ridden in it..)
Nicksalerno80 is, so far, the only one to reply to this message. I'm hoping more of you will stop by, read this, and share your interest. I'll give it until Friday AM before I start sending PM's. It'd be GREAT to have some nice EVOs/Lancers in attendance.
..... The Z owner is more than welcome too, of course!
Just speak up if you're in and I'll send a PM. I'm thinking I may head for that SC Grand Opening on Saturday. If I can fix my ride , that is....

The idea is to gather before the Bronco's kickoff @ 2:15. Old Chicago's will apparently have "all the games on", so we can get a table reserved or whatever for those interested in a meal and watching Cutler's sophomore attempt at QBing....

I'm in need of some sleep at the moment, since I'm working shifts at BOTH jobs today.

I also plan to head for Aurora tomorrow (Sat., Dec 9th) to check out that Street Concepts opening you mentioned earlier, so maybe I'll see you there first....

We didn't get to SC until an hour before close, but it seems like a decent shop. Talked to owner briefly about my plans for my Eclipse.
Well, I'll be leaving in about an hour here, so.... hope to see an Evo or two there. (saw some nice ones @ SC yesterday evening )

A few Eclipse owners I'd met and a few Galant owners showed (new and old).... NO EVOs! 
Obviously, weather like we're having now isn't conducive to a gathering of vehicles, but I'll post here again if any plans start to form.
How much notice do you guys need?
Do I post up when we're still debating time/place so that your input can be made, or just post up when something's set and cross my fingers some Evo's will join?
