How many tickets to lose your license in IL?

As an 18 year old? I know it's three in general, but if I'm just 18 does that number drop down to two? I've heard it both ways, what are your opinions?
I searched already FYI...

my friend is 17 and he got two tickets within 3 months and they took his liscence away, but he pleaded guilty and asked for supervision or something and they let him have it back. but if he did ANYTHING within 3 months he would get annihilated.

Dang you get 12 points on your license here in good ol' FL before they take it (most moving violations are 3 points each=4 tickets and your on the edge.)

But the Judge down here is awesome. Pay a minimal court fee, hang in the courtroom for an hour, and no points added!

Long live the wrinkled state.

For my first 2, i got driving schools, supervision etc...and then my next 2 became convictions and went on my record and this caused my license to go bye bye, i got it suspended for 3 months...at the moment i have about 1.5 years of supervision added up lol, and have had about 16 hours of driving school under my belt...and to be honest with you, i got lucky as hell to get this, because you're only allowed one driving school for 4 hours and then one supervision before you get convictions on your record...somehow i got 2 driving schools and 2 supervisions before i began to get convictions...
