it started friday night!
but i left a plug out of the side of the head (yes i am an idiot) and 4qts of oil went all over the tranny/engine/floor!
it didn't run long enough for any damage. but i am on the right track for sure now. shouldn't be a whole longer after i find the right threaded plug for it. none of the ones i had at home would work.... hopefully by this weekend i'll be putting it on the ground and attempting to drive it so it can get a little bit of time before landing on a dyno

anyone gonna go to the ams open house bbq thing next weekend on the 27th. i was thinking about going as long as my winter wheels get here soon. i don't want to drive that far on a set of rims i have sold. but fed ex said they estimated delivery is thursday so i should be good to go. if anyone would want to caravan there just let me know where we could meet. later

 

i wouldn't mind going up there to see if i can sweet talk them into some cheaper dyno tuning. anyone going pm me... i wouldn't mind seeing their new shop!

i haven't screwed with the car for awhile, i corrected my misshap but still haven't refilled it with oil and started it again. think i need a different throttle body too.
that and hunting season is upon us, so i have been spending too much time in the woods as well as work!

 

i don't think it matters. they are all lancers right? i had a ralliart before my evo and 2 cars before that i had an oz lancer. i am waiting on my coilovers to get here. myself, i think it would be cool to have an all mitsu meet. maybe we could get a few people to show up.
