They had to replace some parts on the dash and my door panel with brand new OEM parts. While doing this, they scratched up a bunch of other sh*t. My temp knobs are all lose. The vents that blow at your face don't work so I almost died of heat yesterday.

I took it to another dealer yesterday and they estimated that that Brookdale Mitsu did about $2,500 damage to my car + anything could have happened to my motor when they were beating up on it.

dude, i'm so pissed off at brookdale also... i tried to get my car in for an oil change and they said it wouldn't be possible until they get all my information and that i had to leave my car there over night! i said **** that! i wasn't gonna leave my car there after they let someone's evo get broken into... they denied anything like that ever happening! hmmm... and so i said, so a white evolution didn't get broken into over here? they then started acting like they were acusing me of something... is there anyway i can sue them too? hahaha hook me up with your lawyer! i hate ****in brookdale! by the way, they fired my sales guy after he told me i could have gotten my money back from cancelling my pitpass, and that he's give me a loaner vehicle everytime my car was in for service! fun huh?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble that you had at Brookdale. It's a lesson learned for all of us when taking our car in for a service. I guess we all need to be explicit with our instructions that the car is to be stored inside and not to be driven other than moving from the shop to the lot and back again! I wish you the best of luck in getting just reparation for your damages.

Get this, my lawyer talked to the GM of Brookdale Mitsu and the GM said he was suspicious about my claim about the damages on my car. I guess it's my fault that the Mitsu tech practally stoled my car and took it on a joy ride. When I was told about this accusation, I was totally pissed off. Them bastards. Let's boycott the hell out of them guys. I'm going to start a boycott list. Anybody that is interested please sign it.
