Mn Evos Beware part 2!!!

Well for those who know, I took my car to Brookdale Mitsu because my car had a bad seal and was leaking oil. Less than 15 hours later my car was broken into and my tv/dvds were all stolen. Don't ask me why they parked it oustide with over $7K worth of aftermarket parts.

Anyways, I had to deal with my insurance to pay for the damages. Now the good part. My car has been at the dealer for over a week and nothing has been done to it so far. I've been there numberous times and everytime they tell me that they are still waiting for parts. Anyways I own a tint shop about 1/2 mile down the road from the dealer. One of my employees just happened to be walking down Brooklyn Blvd to pass out some flyers and he hears a car just tearing down the road going about 65 mph +. Sounded like the car was still in 2nd gear cuz the engine was just roaring. He though to himself, whoever is driving that car is just beating the sh*t out of the motor. The car flies past him. What the f*ck?? He told me it was my car. A tech from the dealer was taking my car for a joyride. My car was suppose to be repaired for theft and they had no reason to be driving the car. I was so pissed off. So now, my lawyer and I are suing the dealership for the value of my car.

Tell me what you guys think of this sh*t. No telling how many times they have taking my car out without me knowing. I say we should all boycott Brookdale Mitsu. F*ck them!!!

Finally got the car today. Get this, sh*ts worse now than when I brought it in. Got scratches on the hood and a grip of scuff marks on the bumber. Also there was an additional 15 miles on the car than from when I brought it in. My lawyer was like just get your car the hell out of there and then we'll sue the hell out of them. Great service!!!

Damn Robert! I was wondering why I hadn't seen the EVO lately. (BTW this is the dude in the yellow oz who still needs lug nuts!) They got some real ****** in the service dept at B-dale mitsubishi, they told my sister that if she didnt get the chasis lubed on her 2002 Galant at 30k her warranty may be voided. Hello, there is nothing to lubricate it is all sealed. Anyway dude I hope you sue them out of existence.

I recall a similar problem on a mustang cobra forum a while back. Some mechanic took a womens brand-new svt cobra out for a joyride, and then posted his impressions on the same forum that she was a member of. The idiot even posted the license plate number, which was the same as her s/n on the forum. After she consulted a lawyer, she sued, and got a settlement for something like 60k, and the mechanic was fired. I would sue them for everything they are worth, those bastards!!!

If only you lived in CA, where people sue others for looking at them sideways! I agree, you really need to nail these bastards to the phukin' wall. You might set an example for other Mitsu service dpts. Unleash the hounds!!

There was a Ford dealer around here that totaled my friend's Navi when one of the techs took it on a little weekend joyride. They had told him that he would have to leave it and he was going to be out of town for the weekend so he dropped it off Fri. Needless to say, it was not a good welcome back surprise. He ended up suing and got a brand new one completely paid off, plus quite a bit of cash when they settled. I hope you take them for as much as possible.
