What Dealer Wont Mind a TBE Chi Area?

I've got a 5th gear grinding problem in my IX. I want to go to the dealer and see if they can fix it for me under warranty. Are there any dealers in the skokie area that wont decline my warranty for having a TBE?

Thanks in advance.

nobody can void your warrantee because of an exhaust, they have to prove an exhaust caused the 5th gear grind. As long as your downpipe clears the ACD and everything is bolted up fine, no rattles, etc, you should have zero issues.

Can they give me **** for buying my car used with 16k miles. I said I'm completely stock with stock clutch. Then the service guy asked me how do you know u have stock clutch.

It feels like a weak *** clutch so I'm assuming its stock.

Is there a service manager in our area who anyone knows I can talk to?

I don't want to go through the trouble of taking off my exhaust.

Also don't want to get my warranted denied because of it.

Mommy and daddy didnt pay for my car. I have to pay for my own car, own mods, and own repairs. So thats why I'm not trying to lose my warranty.
