Just talked to a guy who is helping out the plant organize this years MOD.. He was wondering if I had a count of how many people are thinking of joining the caravan I'm am going to have from Chicagoland area to MOD.

***So who's up for a caravan to MOD the day of from the Chicagoland area?

Also who is interested in having AMS host a nighttime BBQ for anyone willing to show up the night before MOD? Need a count on that too, because if not enough people are interest AMD won't host a BBQ.

 

I'm up for the caravan, but not for the BBQ.

 

My 3G club along with the 4Gs and Galant Club all have a block of rooms booked at a local hotel, if any of you want to join in?

We hang out in the parking lot and visit, have a few beers, then we all go karting. It is a nice way to end the days events.

 

we should have an area to meet up during the day for those who aren`t coming the night before.

Did anyone else have one particular issue with the email that Terry Shull (MMNA) sent out ~30min ago.

Hint: It involves BCC vs CC

Assuming it is a he, used CC instead of BCC basically everyone got everyone's email....def not good for potential spam lists

i got the e-mail. so where's everyone meeting the day of? AMS like last year? that's a good spot. right off the highway. i'm in for the bbq too! does the dyno cost money?

 

What hotel have you guys booked rooms at? I might have to call up there and book a few more for some of the peoples coming up from the QC area with me (if they don't end up baking down). Roughly how many people/ cars do you have within the 3Gs, 4Gs, and Galants?

Would you guys be up for hanging out at AMS if they decide to host a BBQ for anyone?

Also would you all be interested in a caravan to MOD together?

Definitely need to figure out a good meet up spot to caravan out to MOD together the day of. Meeting at AMS's building would be a good spot to leave from.

***How does that sound to everyone else?? Meet up at AMS's building @ 2442 Oakton St, around 6:30am and take off around 7:30am. An hour waiting time for anyone that is running late or what not.

**I can provide maps for anyone that will need one or wants one. Also bringing walkie talkies would be nice that why we have a way to communicate as we cruise in case of police and or constuction.
