If you do decide to book some rooms, please either send me a PM or post up. I am incharge of the block and want to keep on top of how many rooms I have open/booked, so I can have them hold more or cancel so rooms...as so I don't get billed for the extra ones.
As it stands we have right ruffly around 30+ 3Gs, 4Gs, and Galant members attending this meet. Give or take.
I can run the idea past the others and see what they would be up for, but that is pretty much the extent of what we do for the weekend. As far as Convoy, I am going to try to come over on Friday mid day to have a little meeting with my contact from the factory so I know I prob wont be able to meet up for the convoy.

ICEMAN99TURBO You guys do what you gotta do. I don't want anyone pissed off at me for messing with traditions. I just thought I would ask if you'd be up to meet up with other peoples too at AMS, pending if they host a BBQ or not. No biggie, just thought I'd ask.

all they ask is to have you fill out a form about you and what kind of mitsu you have. its a way for them to get an idea of what mitsu's came. other then that its free! no entry fee, no parking fee, no tour fee, the only thing you pay for is if you buy a tshirt or what not. they even provide food and drink free of charge.
i would dyno my car but its stock so theres no point. but maybe i will just for the fun of it and some giggles.

We will be hosting a free BBQ the night before the event in our parking lot from 7-10:30 PM. All Mitsubishi owners are welcome

It isn't that you would **** anyone off. I will just let people know and let them decide, I am pretty easy going. It would be fun to hang out and see AMS.

Like posted above.... Mod is free, I think you just have to sign up for the Dyno. So they have an idea who is all going to run, that is my guess anyways.

You can buy stuff (I got a couple t-shirts lastyear on top of the one I won), but entry/participation was free last year.

Alright guys its official AMS will be hosting a BBQ at their current place @ 2442 Oakton St. from 7-10:30 PM. All Mitsu owners welcomed.
***Also once again meeting place for the convey to MOD (the day of the event) is at the AMS building @ 6:30 AM. Take off time will roughly be around 7:30 AM. This gives anyone running late and hour to make it to the meeting spot before the convoy takes off.***
Maps will be provided by me, if and anyone wants one. Bring your walkie talkies if you have any, this will make communicating between the convoy a lot easier.

Sounds like a plan, thanks for even considering it. As you probably already read AMS is hosting a BBQ. It shall be good times once again just like MOD 05'. Hope to see a few of you there, to meet some new people and what not.
