Me passing the emissions test.

 

i did the anti-fouler too. i have to go in for emissions soon. i guess i will pass it, GREAT!

i just got the emission notice... dont they peek underneath ur car to check if you have a cat since the car is so loud...? which one did u go to?

 

Not sure about your state laws, but here in PA, they check check to see if you throw a cEL. Nothing on your exhaust to actually check emmissions. I know in MD, they put you on this dyno looking thing. Good luck

P.S. I passed in PA with my "resonated testpipe" also.

No they dont do that here, They just check for a code and thats really about it.

sounds good.. i was thinking about putting back the cat but i know its gonna be pain in the aas... i heard if they suspect u dont have a cat, they'll use a mirror to peek under the car..... maybe its not illinois...

 

I'm going this week to the testing station in Crystal Lake. I'll let you guys know exactly what they do and what the results are. I have a test pipe with the O2 relay wired in, so I'm not throwing any CEL's.
