Hey guys,

Team Mitsubishi Motor Sports America, the official factory rally team for Mitsubishi will be in Minnesota, August 20-23, 2003.

First we will be at "Rally Fest" which will be a rally car display just outside of Minneapolis, August 20. We will have our two team cars (400+hp Evo 8 rally cars) plus there will be tons of other rally cars, including the Subaru Rally Team and plenty of privateer Evo rally cars.

Location: Corcoran Lions Park in Corcoran, MN
Hwy 101 and Bass Lake Road

Then we head up North for the Ojibwe Forest ProRally based out of Bemidji, MN. This is round 7 of the SCCA ProRally Championship. The Mitsubishi team has won 5 of 6 events thus far and with another win we can lock up the Driver's and Manufacturer's Championships. We will be racing on fast gravel roads through the Ojibwe Forest, and we will be doing most of it at night!

Quick update: The Mitsubishi team will be performing some 'demo' runs in their Open Class Evo 8 rally cars on a rallycross course at 'rally fest'. This is your chance to check these one of kind cars out in person.

We may even be giving some rides to a few lucky fans.........

 

Are you planning a similar event before the Lake Superior Pro Rally?

 

At this time we don't have anything planned like this for LSPR. This Rally Fest in MN is organized by a local enthusiast/co-driver.

 

At what times are you guys going to be there on the 20th? Thnx.

 

The team will be there by 6pm. The show lasts from 6pm to 9pm. We will start doing demo runs at 7pm.

And boy, are the team cars different!

 

No you were not, i was the one with the red one, and i also was the guy who got to ride in the real rally car, all i have to say was it was insane!!!

 

By the way i like the blue alot!
