What: EVO and Lancer meet, other Mitsu cars welcome
When: Saturday May 10th, 2008
Where: Chalco Park 156th and Giles St.
Time: 12pm (noon)
Activities: Barbeque, Lunch and BS

Time to celebrate the arrival of spring the Mitsu way! This event is going to be a barbeque style event so please try to help out and bring something. I'm going to set up a list of items we need to make this a fun meet, so please post up and volunteer with what you are going to help bring to help make this a fun time. You can bring a frisbee or a football or other items for entertainment.
Multiple people can bring the similar items, eg: someone brings cans of Pepsi, someone cans of Mountain dew, etc. Also everyone needs to bring their own meat to grill. Don't be that one guy to tries to bring a steak and needs utencils. :shifty: Burgers and hotdogs work the best. Hope you guys can make it. EVO and lancer owner from other nearby regions are more than welcome.
Charcoal, lighter fluid, matches: Suraj
Grilling utensils (Spatula, tongs, etc):
Disposable Plates:
Disposable Utencils:
Cooler full of Sodas (Pepsi, Mountain Dew, etc):
Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Relish):
Chips and smaller snacks:

hey suraj i think you should have a list for the meats (ie. burgers and hot dogs) and just have everyone pitch in after and give the people that brought the meat some money. because some people don't think there hungry till they get there, plus buying hot dogs or burgers for one is kinda hard.

Yes I know this is in the wrong place however I rarely post and just read so I do not have the 50 posts to put it in the for sale. However, I have been on the forum for a year.
I will be at the meet next week if anyone would like to see it.
Those of you who know him Russ did all my mods and the car used to be his.
However, my first child will be here in June and both my wife and I drive over 60 miles a day to work. It just no longer makes sense to have a high HP car when all I do is interstate driving to and from work. I can honestly say that neither myself nor Russ has ever launched the car or beat on it. I actually just had the car buffed out and waxed and it is as smooth as glass. I don't want to get in trouble with EVOM so if you are interested about what has been done to the car or you want pics email me at

The weather doesn't seem to be co-operating. Seems like there's 80% chance of rain which makes trying to hold a barbeque pointless. We're going to cancel this meet and just plan on the one Tina is hosting in June ...
