What's the interest level on people here wanting to get Robispec back to Chicago for suspension work? I was unable to take advantange of his services when he was here in March, but am ready now. Anyone who has set this up before want to plan another visit for him?

 

Speaking for myself, at least, I don't know a whole lot about Robispec. What kind of services were offered previously? I'd be surprised to hear if there was something he can do that noone local can offer (corner weighting, race alignment, etc), and hard parts are what UPS was made for.

 

I would be interested to get my car aligned. Im running buddy club race spec coils.

 

yea i may be interested for a alignment this year too.. but not til later this summer.

 

I'll go ahead and speak to the man himself and see if I can bring him back sometime before fall. Hardest working man to get a handle on :P.

 

Put me on the maybe list. Would love the setup; dunno about the funds.

 

I can get Robi back here as early as september. Keep up the interest people. If anyone wants to feel just how amazing his products and coilovers are, get me some food and I'll give ya a ride in my car .

 

He is one of, if not the, best suspension tuners for the Evo. I think he compares to AMS and Buschur for building motors as Robi is for suspension.

If he cant make it out until september then I might be able to get something going from him so I am a maybe.

Robi is a great guy, but for those who favor a local solution! I had my car set up at AMS. And the best part is as i have had question after question since completed....There literally down the street. Now i know thats not the case for everyone here but its a lot closer then 2000 miles!

Just a quick overview... I had the following done, corner balance, race spec alignment, rear trailing arm bushings, rear bump steer kit, front control arm bushings, Roll center adjustment kit, rear sway bar, front and rear adjustable links! Now thats alot at once but of course they will contour to whatever you want done.

Im not saying in any way Robi is not awesome, cause he rocks at what he does. but AMS having the fastest time attack evo in the country is a pretty good indicator these guys can make your car turn just as well....AND LOCAL!!!! Call them up and ask to talk to justin, he set my car up and i couldnt be happier!!!!!
