no josh is on pump gas still, lame i know, but that is how Josh rolls! (or used to roll)
yeah like it was said you will need at least 1200CC to get the most out of your 35R, i think it is precision that just came out with some 1450cc injectors recently which might be a good option but then you will also start to lose a bit of drivability on the stock ECU. also with the power you will be making on e85 it will be about that time to start looking into building your motor and an AEM

As my skinny friend said I was rolling on 1000cc but on pump but I had more pressing issues like money, a child things, jail, of that nature. Ya know the usual things.

I am not on E 85 and contemplated it for a long time, almost too long and now I spun a bearing on the stock motor and have no plans to deal with the car for a long time. I don't have the patience and besides I am going back to stock anyways so I will getting rid of all this stuff. Let me know if you need a turbo kit I have on for sale..oh wait you already have one. never mind.

The benifits on E85 are crazy the tourque for the most part is way up right around the HP if not higher like on BRP's car. I am not the professional with this stuff nor do I care to be, but he is.

Go easy on BRP though his is a mere 98 lbs so talking to him loud might blow him away. LOL. That's how I roll.

98lbs or not, im not the jailbird so i dont have to worry about Bubba.

you can always go to e85 and run a little bit of a safer tune on lower boost, and still enjoy a much more responsive car, with better drivability (mainly due to the extra timing being ran). it feels similar to driving on race gas except its under $2 a gallon out here. i dont really see much of a down side in any way by running e85, more power, way more torque, better drivability, and cheaper to fill up. well its cheaper to fill up but you will be using more of it as you will get worse gas mileage on e85 but at the end of the day it pretty much breaks even. i was the first guy out here (along with supernet) to go e85 over a year ago now and i dont plan on running anything else as long as i have e85 near by.

to the OP, do you usually take long trips with the evo? if you do you might want to have a second tune made and just switch to pump when you go to travel. JustDSM is the top tuner in the area and he can get you set up with a tune for E85 for $150 plus dyno time if you want to get on the dyno and then every tune after that would only cost you $75. so you can get a pump and e85 tune done at the same day for only $225. and if you change your set up its only gonna be another $75 after that.

send me a pm if you want his contact info and check out our forum for more info on where to find e85 and to get some more info on it. again its www dot coloradoevo dot com

ps send josh back to jail!

You go through it faster than you do pump gas. So you loose about 3 miles per gallon or so.

I can handle that. especially when it is less expensive than pump gas.
Thanks for all the input.
