Mod-freindly delearship in Chicago-land??
Just bought an Evo 9 still under factory warranty and I was hoping to do some upgrades without voiding my warranty. Does anyone have any suggestions of a delearship that is mod-friendly? Does it even exist? Thank you!
With a modified car you roll the dice every time you take it in for service regardless of whether or not someone at the dealership said it was ok. Hope for the best, plan for the worst.

This is where I took mine and I had the exhaust with bungs plus intake and turbo timer. They fixed my car and I payed NOTHING!

Max Madsen believe or not is one of the few dealerships that don't go ape crazy when they see a modded car pull up.
They held couple Evo / Eclipse meets last year.
Never went to one...but they even had cash prizes and give-aways from what I heard.
It's a smart marketing tactic. Attract the demographics that actually drives the car. Free marketing!
hahaha.

Thanks for all the input guys. Even though I didnt ask the question, it's good to know. Sounds like I found a new place to go in the event that I do need warranty work if my car is modded.

I've gotten some stuff warrantied through Max Madsen.
