Going in for some warranty work for my X seems max madsen is the place to go... anything new about them?

 

which max madsen are you going to? i need to go as well for my fuel rail and AWC reprogramming.

 

^ im planning to go where I got my x from .. Aurora ... mods on the list so im thinking just removing the test pipe and go in with both guns blazing...

napleton park ridge is cool with me. talk to carl, he's the manager. he told me if i get a new bov or mbc then they might not warrant whatever problem i have..

did you get the recall letter? have you talked to rich berma about this stuff?

 

i got the letter today but him and i had talked about this way before, actually when he was asking when i could bring the car in so he could install the protective clear film.

 

we should all schedule around the same time and have a mini-meet hahaha.

 

got my letter aswell.. let's make this official! since we have atleast 5 people willing to go at the same time... Anyhow my mods are on my sig.. and when I take my car to aurora Im taking off my Test pipe, flashing back to stock, and bov...

 

I just got the AWC reflash, fuel rail fix, Aero kit fix, and seat back fix all done at Max Madsen in Aurora 2 days ago. The service guy I dealt with (Ron) was very accommodating.

Was there a TSB for the fuel pump relay, or is a that a "fix it when it breaks" king of thing (Evo X)

 

no TSB on fuel pump relay.

 

I just came from Max madsen aurora! And just wanted to share to Chicago Evo X owners that they were able to do the fuel pipe recall in less than 1 hour... I went in with all my mods installed didn't de-mod.. and everything went well.. check all the bolts if they were all connected aswell and all is good so far. I did flash it back to stock though with my ap. Also got the tsb flash for the snow.. peace out !
