Im looking to buy X by the end of the month and was wondering if anyone can recommend any dealers and also whom to stay away from? Anyone works for a local mitsu?

I wouldn't say that, they tried to shaft me really hard on an older evo with twice the miles that I bought the month after and for less I might say. Avoid napleton as well.

Can't say for myself but my friend bought his evo 8 at shaumburg mitsu and they always honor the warntee and such for him, even after he curbed the car causing bad rear bearings, the trans blew 5th gear somhow, they replaced it all.

 

Max Madsen is a joke. i pulled up in my new audi A6 4.2 and was interested in a new mr. they said they had to do a credit check to make sure i could afford one before they let me test drive one. they just saw me pull up in a $60,000 car. so i told them forget it.

went to bill jacobs in joliet and they let me drive a gsr and a mr without any problems.

 

max madsen gave me a smokin deal i was a tough sell as i really did not need a car,and played the waiting game. got a gsr with sss package. my only beef was they did not do a pre delivery inspection,and my battery died 16 hours later. they did however put in a orbital redtop under warranty. i think you need to shop with several over the phone and beat them down for your best price. stay away from the mitsu dealer in by the airport. can't remmember the name,but there are threads here about them

I went to Grand Mitsu, they were pretty good about things + free oil changes for life, but I don't see myself using them unfortunately.

I've had good experiences with Max Madsen in Countryside (at least in service).

 

The guys at Grand Mitsu should take care of you. There was a thread on here about how "horrible" their service is, so i brought it to the owner of Grand Mitsu's attention. He sends his apologies and would like to correct it. So if you go there looking for an Evo X ask for Jimmy(the owner) tell him cisco @ Strictly Modified sent you and he will see to it that you get quality service and leave there happy. Dont forget to mention your on EvoM as well thats always a plus.
