Is this your evo? IN

Sorry no pics. I'm trying to locate the owner of a 2003 Blue Evo. The car is sitting at Preferred Auto in Fort Wayne IN. I'm thinking about getting back into the game and trying to find out what kind of mods have been done to the car.

My friend test drove this yesterday. I would suggest finding a different evo.

It had the following problems:
Rough idle (it's near the 60k mark I'm guessing plugs)
Turn signals out
Power locks out
Dash lights out
Many dents/scratches
Front fenders missing vin#
Aftermarket bumper (assuming this is related to the fenders missing the vin #)
Poor alignment of front body panels
Fog lights removed and harness hanging
No radiator fan (wtf?)
No fuse cover
Additional harness not connected to something
Severe Brembo fade
Wing starting to fade
I think the rear brakes are low

That's all I can remember off the top of my head. They said it needed some $2k module to fix the turn signals/locks issue. Although I find that hard to believe, I haven't looked into it.

Mods I could see:
Air filter (maybe Apexi?)
TBE (with rear o2 sensor wires cut...lol?)

My buddy said he thought it had an after market clutch by the high amount of pressure to disengage the clutch. I never drove it so I have no idea. It felt like stock to me though when riding in it (no chatter, etc).

They told us $15k, 03 with 58k. If you could get it down to 11k-12k that would be a deal. The actual drivetrain sounded/felt fine to me, it pulled well.
