Looking for a shop in KCMO that do work on modded EVO8
car has BR 2.3L motor, shep trans, AMS 50trim turbo.
I's loosing boost, only running 10lbs instead of the 24-25lbs as set up by AMS. Had it for 3yrs trouble freee up until now.
Did boost leak test, found one small hose that came loose underneath intake, reattach it and went out driving, boost went back up to 15lbs or so for a couple of run but now is back to about 10lbs again.

Did you do a boost leak test? Try and check all the couplings on the intercooler pipes. Does the turbo sound like its chugging a lot and somethings leaking or just no real pick up at all? I would take the turbo out and see what it looks like, any shaft play etc... Good luck, keep us posted.
