What problems have you had with Kuettner?

I bought my new Lancer from them and they seemed fine. I don't ordinarilly get oil changes done at the dealership but I work out in Waukesha and they gave me a good price (compared to Valvoline!). Parts guys also seemed nice and gave me breaks on the stuff I bought.

Kuettner took 3 months to get me my remotes...they lost the originals, kept ordering some, and when they would come in, they constantly sold them...so after numerous phone calls/visits and 3 months, I finally got the remotes...

My dad got a truck from Kuettner a couple years ago and had nothing but trouble with their service dept - it still takes an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to get anything in there for any warranty work...

I've been dealing with Renner for everything else since. Renner got me my RMR intake, and they appear to be a great dealership...

I do consulting and bounce around...right now my main location is Kohl's Corporate in Meno Falls...

 

i hate kohls. (dept store?)
they ****ed up traffic in my area. i've since boycotted them and i won't get anyhtin there. not even socks.

Yeah, I mean the department store - I don't work for them directly - just contracted to them...this assignment is over in 3 weeks anyways...
