I am new to the forums and I have been lurking around for my brother who just recently purchased a evo 9. He needs a new clutch installed, and someone to take a look at his motor. (he bought it used and it runs rough) I emailed a few local places and I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions.

try strictly modified in schaumburg 847-891-0702. i know they can get a clutch done in a day. of course there is always ams too.

+1 on VS they replaced my friends clutch and he's super happy with them. Good bunch of guys as well.

IL is a good state to own a Evo in.....(bunch of shops)

 

Dropped off my brother evo a few hours ago at VS motorsports, they even gave me a ride home which was very nice of them. Cant wait to get it done with for my brother birthday this weekend

 

just picked up my brothers evo from vs, they had it all cleaned and ready for me. Great bump of guys and great job and price for everything that they did.
