Meet looks like it was fun. I probably should have went there instead of the local car show.

Cerville, I couldn't find the owner, but it looks nice. I wanted to know what coilovers he was on. You shoulda came!

 

Nice pics! I actually own the black X on the ce's. The car is on APEXi S1 Dampers. I walked over to a few evos, but no one was near their cars. Hopefully next time I get to meet some of you.

I agree with you, but to each their own.

 

The Genesis look has won me over.

 

For me it hasn't, but that blue one above in that shot looks great.

 

The blue Genesis was very nicely done... not sure I'd do anything different if it were my car (except he sent his headlights out to get done and I would've done them myself, the result was he had the guy body-match the projector shroud and it came back purple)

I think the WW Evo 10 with the red crap might be the ugliest 10 I've seen in Illinois. No offense to whoever the owner is, but those random bits of red look horrible and the canards are very out of place since that's pretty much the only thing you've done to the car. If canards are used at all, they should generally be right about the last thing done (personal opinion).

It was nice meeting you John, also nice meeting Damien (sp?) with the very clean '06 IX MR.
