Thanks! and not that I know of. We have a few custom paint/sound shops along the strip in Round Lake on Cedar Lake. There's usually a scene there, sometimes an EVO, though rarely.

I gotta agree with you, I barely spot anyone. We should all meet up somewhere near one of our towns sometime.

 

I know that there is a place ppl hang out over here but it's mostly 350's and the occasional srt4. One of my friends here on base has a wrk and they all have their super sube meets lol.

Your new toy still factory or got anything done?

 

All factory at the moment, with the exception of a turbo timer and aftermarket alarm system. I was surprised I was able to find one completely stock, only 14k miles too!

Probably around Feb/March next year I'm going to start working on it. I've already got the itch though!

 

I really need to work on keeping the miles off mine. I got mine in may and already put over 20k on it :s I promised my wife a new car for her before I can do any more mods. You needa get some pics of it up soon.

idk of much in the lake county area for meets - most happen in the schaumburg area. but if you set something up, post up the info. i'm in the area too and it would be nice to not have to drive to schaumburg all the time to meet up with ppl

 

Yeah I used to go to shaumburg meets back when it was at woodfield mall..it doesn't get as full as woodfield met used to be but its decent..on occasions we take cruises to the City to takr picturesor..other people go to strata

Come out to Lukes in Carpentersville on Thursdays alot of cars show up. I know it's kind of a haul for ya though.
