It's very sad how things have become. My evo was stolen over the summer too and now quite frankly im thinking about selling the one i have right now. These ppl need to be stopped. its getting way out of hand. Evo's are just too easy to be stolen .
best of luck and i hope they find the evo un messed with!

Is this happening all over or is it localized? Anyone know how they are locating the vehicles if they are only stealing evolutions?

lets all pitch in for a crappy salvaged evo, and leave it somewhere (area where most of these thefts are happening) and take turns on a stakeout, then proceed to dexter these bishes

(no psychopath)

suck that the car got stolen but if you live in an area where you know that Evos get stolen often then an alarm should be the 1st mod on your list.

Probably because his was stolen but found in the day after the theft ?!?!?

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/mi...-add-list.html

My buddies was found 2 weeks later a complete shell covered in an oil of some sort to make fingerprints impossible to get. Only reason the cops knew it was his was because his insurance card was still in his sun visor.... all the vins were gone off the car.

He also has a nice alarm on his car and it didnt even go off. His keyfob has an alarm in it that will also go off if the alarm is tripped.

Another guy had them break into his garage and steal the evo.

Do some reading up in this section, it all started June 27th. Two were broken into but werent able to get away with (they have security film on it), and unforutnately my buddies they got away with.

If I had an Evo, my next mod would be taking the dash apart and finding a way to get my computer totally secured and all the wires hidden and then covered in a cage of razor wire....
