Yeah the the basic evo alarm, but i probably was not aware of it since we had other cars alarms going last night with thundestorms throughout the night.

 

I don't think that's an alarm. I think its just an unlock and unlock thing. I hate theives. I used to live in Morton grove good thing I moved far away. I have friends that live in niles and des plaines area and I barely drive my evo to that area. Theives deserve to get caught and beat the ish out of. Hopefully you find your evo. Good luck.

some distinctive features in the car, the front bumper drivers side is sraped up and paint peeled off, then i also a couple city stickers on the front windshield with my condo building parking permit, and theres a boost guage from autometer on the steering wheel. the bad thing is that i had car parts in the car ready to install, a forge wastegate actuator hks 2 bar guage, aem uego wideband omnipower 3 bar map sensor, wlbrp fuel pump all in my trunk......fing hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im just getting pissed by the minute.

 

I'm thinking of putting low jack on my car too. If I don't end up selling it instead.

 

has your car been in any shops lately...
here in ny hondas go missing after they go to certain shops... if some one has your key long enough they can easily make a copy...

 

possibility, somebody that knows your address or had your key for awhile. valet? oil change shop? etc. start there. fwiw, if you have insurance, with the good resale of the ct9a, they will give you tmv.

 

yes! i went to a pepboys garage to get my tire fixed. it took them over an hour, and while i was in the waiting area i saw through the window a couple mechnics playing with my car , turning the headlights on and off looking under the hood and starting up the car while on the lift. i thought it was wierd for them to do all that just to fix a flat. this was in skokie/lincolnwood

 

damn, they're at it again. they just arrested a few guys recently in chicago for boosting cars too...

i just filed my claim i gotta wait 7-10 days for them to look for the car, in that time who knows whts happened to her, like i said i just paid off the car last year, my mind is thinking only of murder right now. a slow a painful death seems like the only solution if i ever get my hands on those f cks. with blue book values now, i doubt i could even get all my money back, on top of that i had personal info in my car like bank statements and deposit slips and ssn info for school and work......wtf is with my life.....
