Hey guys i just wanted to let you all know i just got my ecu back, and damn i cat wait to get it on the road in the spring, it rips big time . I would be very interested in a early spring cruise. The earlier the better And also i know propulshion on university is getting an AWD dyno and it should be in by mid to late Feb. , and i was wondering if anyone would be interested in getting a group of evo's to go and maybe work out some kind of discount. I really wanna know what im putting at the wheels, i think it woulb be fun, let me know.

Well when I finally get mine I will be getting some prototype parts for a shop here in town. I am sure it will look much better if they try to sell them with a dyno sheet.

We should get a Subi/Evo cruise going in the spring.

Ryan, how much a difference is there from when you did not have the reflash?
And who did it?

 

I will talk to shawn at propulshion and see what i can work out for a group dyno session. Juno, i got the reflash done from Al at Pruven Performance. With my mods i have and the flash i should be from around 290 and 300whp i hope, so i cant wait to see. The flash was well worth the money to me. It is alot better than before, i car break the tires loose in first gear when accelerating and also got them still spinning through 2nd so, granted its cold out and i have the stock tires on because i dont drive it in the winter. But i really do reccomend this as a cost effective and very safe mod, great whp for the money!!!

Hey raced_EvoVIII, what mods have you done to your car?

 

3 inch down pipe, straight exhaust all the way back and no muffler custom made by me , buschur intake with alum. sheild that i also made, around it to block heat, manual boost controller, turbo xs rfl that i fabricated to dump back into the air box, ecu reflash from al for the according mods, and i also just took off the exhaust manifold and ported it just a tad nothing major, pretty good for stock design.

 

I've been wanting to get Buschur Stage 1 or 2 with reflash. So does your car pull pretty hard? Which down pipe did you go with? You got your own shop to fab?

 

Hey guys, I didnt see this thread until today. SethEVO I am in East Bethel. I would definitely like to get together for a cruise or a dyno day sometime. My baby is in the garage for the winter though. When are you guys thinking, if not we should plan a weekend. Dyno would be cool, I just have an AMS MBC, and a boos gauge.

 

Hey Evil 1 i have the Ultimate racing 3 in down pipe awosome fit highly recomend it, and yes the car pulls very hard and the best change is it just keeps pulling hard in every gear, not hit a higher speed and i used to notice a diff in power due to boost and just genral stock restrictions. And i guess i have a shop, its just a 3 car garage with a hoist and what not at home, im 19 and cant afford name brand parts due to school costs, so i do the next best thing, copy them and do it myself. I have worked on cars since i was very young and thats what i go to school for so i love it the bigger the challenge the better .

And also guys im gonna start two new posts, one for a dyno day and one to kinda get a cruise ideas and what not set up for early spring. So let me know what you guys think !!!
