when i bought my evo on nov. 1st 2003 the dealer told me there were only 4 other blue evos sold in minnesota. i dont know if this is true or not, but i was wondering if any of those blue evo owners are on the forum. has any one in the area seen any blue evos? id just kinda like to know.

I think i've seen you around EP. I have a yellow evo, and a person i know has a red one here in EP. I've also seen a white STI driving around EP also.

i met a guy with a red one at arbys in EP in november. it was probably that guy you know. i used to see a yellow one going west on 212 on my way to work all the time. around 6:30am. maybe it was you? that was before i had my evo.

 

Yep that yellow is me. I drive a civic to work now, until i get some decent tires for the winters here. Do you drive a different car too? Because i haven't seen that blue evo in awhile.

 

I have a blue one. I ordered blue and it was coming in, but my dealer found me one in Wisconsin earlier (end of month sales contest, etc). At the time, I was told that BBY in MN is quite rare and seeing the order sheet and having to wait for 2 months, I'd say it is true. Oh yeah, and mine is the daily driver - on the road all the time. So if you see one on the east side of the river that's probably me ;-)

 

no, i dont have another car. i bought a set of dunlop graspic ds-1 for winter. the reason you probably havnt seen me in a while is because i leave for work around 5:30am and dont usually get home until around 6:00 pm.

how long have you guys had your evos? do you guys ever have meets? if not i think we should all get together this spring and summer

 

I have seen two BBY's, one at rally fest in the st paul areas this past summer, and one in hudson this last week. I really dont see to many STI's though, kinda wish i did.

 

I know that Kline sold at least one BBY Evo early last summer; it came in the same day mine arrived.

We had been trying to get a local Evo club together, but there didn't seem to be much interest after the first couple of meetings. I'd still like to get organized; easier to set up events and discounts and such.

Everyone Here should start coming down to the firestone lot at midway. Allthough it has been mostly Subaru, I don't think anyone would mind.

We should also plan a little meet and a possible drive. We did this last fall, it was alot of fun driving on soem of the twistes down near the river.
