I would rather pay more than hear something like that??? I know that there would be no guarantee...but looking for success stories if you know what I mean.
we have had a lot of success with rolling fenders. we have done matiple cars and have not have a problem but there is all ways that chance and we allways tell people that there is a chance. the last one we did was on a 2011 GTR. but have are rolling fenders all the time for all sorts of cars. check out our website (e-autowerks.com) and you can see the work that we do.
No one doubts the work man, I think he just got scared is all. i think that now a days rolling the fenders is a lot easier than it was when I was doing it with a bat and a torch on my old Nissan.
Everyone has success stories, what else is there to hear, the guys who are on here as vendors are all with in the same price range for these types of services. It will really depend on who you'd rather work with on it. Everyone will have good and bad to say about anyone as shown by pfunk in post 5.
This isn't really something that takes a whole lot of research, there is really only one way of doing it (not a hammer, dowel and bat LOL). If you need to get them rolled because they are rubbing then make the decision with haste as you wouldn't want to go through the tires.
