If you have all of the necessary tools to do it including the timing belt tool and feel confident in your own abilities, I would be more than happy to give you my cell phone number and walk you thru any of the steps on EvoMoto's website. Also, walk you threw the head stud install.

 

Well....I have the tools (I believe my tq wrench does both foot and inch lbs) BUT No one will sell me the friggin timing belt tool! GOD there is no love in IL....I'm moving to KC! LOL

You can't get it from SPX OTC anymore? That is who I got my tool from, but you have to call them and explain what it is and what the manufacturers part number is and they should be able to find it.

AMS - doesn't have time and I don't have that kind of cash!
Ultimate Driver - hasn't called me back and I have left 3 messages in 2 days
Speed Quest - personal reasons there I won't let them do it
D&R Autoworks - Been delaying the install for days now because they are busy on a 69 GTO
Friend of EVOBILL - phone was disconnected and now he's gone on Vacation
Drivers Image - Would never let them touch my car
Myself - I don't have the tool and not 100% sure I could do it
KCEVO - lives too far! LOL But definately apprecaite the offer for help.

I wish I could help you out. Unfortunately I'm locatedin Minneapolis and I haven't recieved my timing belt tensioner yet (hmm - I need to make a phone call..)

It's being performed as we speak. Gotta go there at 1:30 to check up on it! LOL

 

Cams are in and DONE! Ride and idle is awesome. I think the ECU is pulling timing already but I will find out more tomorrow or Sunday when AL does his magic!!!
