Hey anyone and everyone from Utah, with an EVO. A couple of us are throwing together a little meet this Saturday the 15th, in Salt Lake City. The meet will be in the afternoon, and I am still figuring the out details as to where it will be.

So if you own an EVO, and live in the SLC area... be there. keep checkin this thread for a location and solid time. Then again no one checks this area of the forum so whatever.

Location: 400 W about 200 N. This is just north of the gateway, and is a large office lot. The back section near the railroad tracks is huge.

Time: 3:00pm

 

I'll come. Are you the white evo that works/parks at ACS? cause i'm the black one.

 

What's ACS? Is it off 90 south. If so that's Ben, his I.D. is bbbwrx, he has a white Evo with the canards on the front bumper. I work near Redwood and 21st South.

Anyway, Ben is coming, and maybe some guys from the scca forum.

OK, so there's a BMX contest at the gateway that I'm going to, so I figure we can meet close to the gateway. There is a large parking lot for an office building on 400 W and about 200 N, just north of the gateway, lets meet there. The lot is on the west side of 400w, and has a very large open area in the back, near the railroad tracks. I've given my friends pretty serious "test rides" in this lot, it's nice and long. So plan on being there at 3:00pm.

I say we raid the auto shops in search (kinda like a road rally) for some speed bleeders and really good fluid, then do a hondo brake bleeding extravaganza.

Or we could do a shifter box bushing upgrade...

Both things are pretty simple and would make a great tech. day!

I just picked up some stuff for a grounding kit and an oil catch tank, so that's in my near future. I think I'm also going to paint some stuff in the engine compartment, I liked Ronalds look. I have a bottle of race fluid that I 've been thinking about putting in my brake system also, it's left over from my Subaru.
