ok so it's not til Aug 13th...but for those 21+, it's finalized. My bestfriend Joanne & I are throwin a joint party in celebration of our 23rd/24th Birthdays at ZENTRA (923 W. Weed St., Chicago) on SATURDAY, AUGUST 7th. It's free admission until MIDNIGHT and free cocktail reception 9-10pm. Cool man. I'm in. I haven't been to zentra in quite a while, but the club is only about 2 miles from my house. Who's spinning this saturday?

I know for sure that my girlfriend and one of my dj buddies would love to come, so mark me down for 3.

Oh and let me bring this to everybody's attention. Under NO circumstances should anyone park in the vicinity of weed street (North & Clybourn). It looks like a nice neighborhood but IT IS NOT! My car as been vandalized more than once while in zentra. Park somewhere else and trake the train in.

happy b-day linda!! I would SO join u if i were 21 but im still 18 blah. My friend went to 3Degrees which was at Zentra last wendsday and he said it was ****in AWESOME. I can't wait til im 21 so i can go to clubs that play house music..man cant wait!! hehe, so in the meantime, u guys have fun without me!

 

TRUE THAT!. i work on that strip on north ave.. in one of the stores.. don't park there!!!!!!!! lots of very suspect people around there... lol.. probably cuz of the strip club! have fun!

No it's not the businesses that are the problem. I hate to point fingers, but i'm sure that our failed public housing projects are the culprit here. Zentra is less than a mile from cabrini green. Just drive south on clybourn from north ave. sometime.

What "L" stop/line is closest there? Cuz I'll probably park at the redline by fullerton or something but I'm not sure which stop zentra is closest to. we got like 80 people on the list..it's gon' be crazy! ****. Something just came up and I can't make it.

The North/Clybourn redline stop really close to club. Good luck parking at fullerton/sheffield unless you you're willing to pay for a lot. It's really hard to find street parking around depaul during the weekend. Watch out for zone signs.
