In final practice this morning at Homestead Miami speedway for the Toyota 300 Paul Dana and Ed Carpenter were in a serious accident just a few minutes into the session, Carpenter crashed and his car came to a rest and was hit at almost full speed by Danas car,

Ed carpenter is said to be Doing ok but still 2 hours after the accident there is no word on Paul Dana's Condition, It isnt looking very good, I hope all is well for Paul.
Think positive.

 

Sad day today, Paul Dana Died of his injuries suffered the accident he was in with Ed Carpenter.

The race is still scheduled to go on later today.

 

yeah, saw the stuff on espn yesterday, didn't get to watch the race, watched most of the rolex one though. (most of the road course). Was there last weekend for a track day.
