Suspension from a GSX fit on the EVO8?

Pretty much what the title says,... does anyone know how interchangeable the suspensions are from a GSX to an EVO8?

Why would you wanna interchange the suspension on the evo I've driven in the evo and the suspension setup is just about perfect. Please explain youreasoning why?????
