Rally/Winter Tires and Wheels

I would like to put some white rims with some winter/ rally tires to do some rallyX.
Should I keep the stock rims and put winter/rally tires on them and get some 18in for the summer?
Give me any suggestion.

THanks

Oh I would like the rims to be white. I was thinking of getting the stock ones powder coated.

nice you're going to rallyX the EVO?!!!
where are you located? Be fun to see it in action and/or race against you!

My dedicated rally celica gt-4 has Nokian Hakka Q...basically the best winter tires...I race on ice, snow, dirt...they're great!
For the EVO I would put on Nokian Hakka NRW or WR...although not sure how well they would do on gravel.
They are no the best snow tires, but probably the only ones that would fit.

I drive the EVO. The honda is my other car. Gotta change that in my profile. Do the nokian come in 17"? I heard that true rally tires only come in 15" or maybe 16". Those rims won't fit the evo due to the brakes right?

Oh forgot to write. I'm in COlorado
