I thinking about the akuma hard pipe kit on my car? I have a ets o2 dump, invida q300 exhaust. test pipe no cat and cobb stage 1 right now. Is it ok if i run stage 2 when i get the kit? Because the kit comes with a new intake? Asking because a tune is 6hr+ drive from where i live in any given direction.

Check the Cobb website or redirect this question to their forum. I would say yes but check to see that they make a specific tune for your particular intake. Cobb normally suggests not to run anything but what they have specified for that particular tune unless the mods used are closed to the specification to what they are using with some do amount of certainty.
