Sst shifting points for ralliart

So there seems to be a lot of debate about this so here goes my question. Pretending I do not have an aftermarket tach which I do but for the sake or argument lets just say I dont.

At what point should I be Up Shifting ( WHAT RPM ) and at what point should I be Down Shifting ) in the 2012 Ralliart.

Now I have noticed a few things that may come into play but there has got to be someone out there who knows a true answer.

The SST in auto mode shifts down at very low RPMS. However when speeding up at light throttle it shifts at low RPM also.

At Wide Open Throttle it shifts very high and jerky.

I do have a TBE installed as well as GST base map and GST boost pill. It has made an amazing difference truly however my question is what is the truly safest shift points for the SST on the Ralliart ?

Depending on how you drive the SST acts differnt each time. Unlike a regular manual your shift points usually are always the same.

So why in auto mode does it change so much depending on the throttle ? and what is really the best RPM that I need to be shifting at for regular driving and for drag strip driving ? I would like up and down shift RPM levels as well

Thanks to anyone who can clear all this up for me hope it was not too many questions. Just seems to be that the SSt is such a tricky thing sometimes

In normal auto, it shifts depending on the need of your driving with the goal of be fuel efficient.
In sport auto, it shifts with the mind set of utilizing your boost and to get the "most" out of your hp.
As for rpm shift levels, it's up to you and your driving style.

downshift when rpms begin to dip below 2K. Upshift between 3-4K usually. For performance/race - use Sport/auto

Downshift once (or twice) to get the rpms to 4K before flooring to pass...

Does this help?
