I recently had my transmission, out of my 08 MR, sent to SSP to be rebuilt after losing the even gears, shift fork 4. I received the transmission and went to do the teach-in and it was still throwing the code for the number 4 shift fork. When I went to do the teach-in, I also lost shift fork 1. I have tried reflashing to 08 firmware and back to 09 to redo the teach-in but it can never even pass the plausibility. Another code also comes up intermittently for shift fork 2 & 4 opposite movement. I'm doing my teach-in and reflashes using pass thru can and have been monitor and clearing codes with evoscan. Any suggestions on where to go or what to try next.
