Found what I needed! Seems kinda silly that I somehow screwed this up. I'll chalk it up as either a misrouting when I deleted the EGR, or that I was just too damn tired/frustrated to pay close enough attention. lol
So If I deleted the EGR valve, do you think I would be alright to just get rid of the EGR solenoid, and Vacuum Control Valve then loop those lines (G and Y) on the TB? Seems like it would work to me.
Im also going to make sure I didnt put the Evap Solenoid in backwards.
And check the FPR hose. I had to replace it with a longer line and the one I used may have been slightly bigger than the one I replaced. I guess a zip tie would fix that eh?

Thank you!
Im still trying to chase down this vacuum leak... I visually inspected all the hoses and made sure everything was routed correctly and Im still having issues. So yesterday I bought several feet of vacuum line and Im going to replace them all and hope it solves the issue. If not I might just take it to a shop and let them deal with it. I just want to get the thing running properly gain.
I had many plans for this car but I have another Ralliart now that I want to get running and I cant afford two project cars. So somewhat sadly this car is getting sold to the highest bidder as soon as its running again. It'll leave with 2" lowering springs, a disc brake swap, a few extra parts, and I can even pickup a spare engine for it thats waiting on me down in Somerset, KY.

Thank you!
Been slowly working on figuring out the vacuum leak issue. I picked up some hose at autozone last night. Going to replace all the old vacuum lines after work tonight. Then I'll reflash the ECU to get rid of the EGR and Evap just in case those are affecting anything. Hopefully she will idle better after its all said an done.

Well i replaced all the vacuum lines, and capped off the ones that arent being used. I reflashed the ecu to disable the EGR and Evap stuff. And still it is getting a vacuum leak somehow... A local shop said they could fix it for $60 but i am so done with this car. Knowing that I have the green RA ready to be worked on has really killed my patience with this project. Im going to start cleaning up the interior, put it back together than throwing a for sale sign in it I dont want to dump anymore money into a car Im just going to sell anyway... :/

u should try a smoke test...(look it up on youtube it's not hard to do)
90% that's what they're gonna do
unplug a vacuum hose to the intake(past the throttle), blow smoke into the intake with(smoke machine or sigar works too)and if it leaks somewhere...fix it so it doesn't leak anymore...not too hard
