Hi, I have been reading here on some old threads about the possibility of disabling the TPMS warning light on Mitsubishi Lancer. They seem to be older threads and would like to know if they are still valid and would it also work ok on a 2018 Mitsubishi RVR? Also, if they are still valid, does anyone know a reliable low-cost Mini-VCI J2534 adapter I can use for this? I don't think I will go this route finally. I downloaded the etacs decoder software on windows 11 but it will not accept it due to virus issues. Even allowing it in the accepted list, it will still refuse it. I am in contact with this vendor on amazon for the Nexas bluetooth adapter:


that so far says it will disable the TPMS when combined with the windows free software available on the microsoft store:

I am waiting on their reply because they asked which model and make I am trying it on. If it turns out it works I will post back here or if someone else does please post back here.

 

None of that worked. I guess we are stuck with this annoying dash light.
