I just got my jdm rear bumper today and it has some nicks and scrapes on it. I took some pictures of the damages. Please let me know if there is anything you can do for me. Thanks

That sucks, that bigger scratch looks like it may need sanded and feathered out a bit and spotted in.you may be able to just use some touch up and then wetsand the touchup with a small block then buff it out.good luck

 

Yea hopefully he can refund me some cash rather than having to deal with shipping it back to them.

Not to be the bad guy but usually you have to inspect your package from the carrier while they are there. It would be really generous of him to go out of his way on this.

 

Yea I tried PM'ing him before he posted that he would be out of town.

 

Really, I don't know of anyone that opens their packages in front of the shipping company delivery person. I opened it as soon as I got it cause I was fairly certain it was going to be damaged since it was only shipped in bubble wrap and foam not in a box. Russell is a good guy and I'm sure he will take care of it.

 

I got mine in the mail today as well and it had a small nick on it as well.
