For those in/around VA that are interested, this Sunday (December 16) there is an SCCA rallycross. The location is at a fairground at exit 91 on I-64 in central VA (between Charlottesville and Staunton/I-81).

There are over 50 entries right now including some Galant VR-4's, lots of Subarus and various other rally like cars.

Just as a followup, I placed 2nd in the Stock 4WD category. The winner of my category was also the overall winner in a 2.5RS with killer suspension and tires (and he's an incredible driver).
I did beat all of the (many, many) WRX's!
