WRC race 1 in the books
1. seb loeb
2. mcrae
citroen is gonna walk away with it as easily this year as pugeot did last year. i'd bet a large sum of money on it. loeb rocks it and, colin needs no reason. he's the sport's god. i called it last year when colin made the move, and i'll forever stick to my decision: citroen will be manufacturers champs w/o question.

i'm fairly surprised this wasn't talked about already. we're all car enthusiasts and this is prolly the most up and coming american motorsport.
another probably bolder prediction:
hyundai will win an event and make a very respectable showing all season long.

I do not think it will be that easy for Citroen. The Xsara has yet to prove itself on gravel...but thats why they have McRae. Also, Gilles Panizzi was ill and never really got into Monte Carlo (was penalized a minute at the start and then withdrawn due to health reasons). He is the Tarmac God. Expect to see some epic Panizzi vs Loeb battles on Tarmac this year (and McRae vs Gronholm on gravel, of course). Also, don't be too quick to count Subaru out. Solberg was in 2nd when he crashed out (ahead of Loeb at the time). They may not challenge for the Manafacturers, but I think Solberg can give a good run for the drivers title.
This season will be a much more entertaining season than last year, no doubt.
