sway bar link or camber plates
I currently have my car set up with a croxx plate, sparco bar, hotchks rear sway bar, Ti rear strut bar, hotchks springs. Last week I attended my first autox and was getting good by the end of the day. The car feels pretty neutral but i feel I need more oversteer for tight turns. Me and the other evo on the track were both getting tore up on a 180 degree turn after a long straight. Which would be the best $ for $ addition. I was comtemplating between the perrin sway bar links for $110 or ground control camber plates for $300. How much does a camber plate install cost.
I am running hankook rs2 that did great.. and i cannot believe their 245/45 size didnt result in some sort of rubbing issue.. but no major rubbing occured. I feel like i definately had potential for more grip.
FYI..I plan on a nice set of coilovers after my stock struts are shot.

the front tire was perfect. We used some white shoe polish as an indicator.. i noticed the rear tires were over inflated however.. I had all four tires equal.

according the the manufacturer.. the stock sway bar links are very tiny and compress under full load. This prevents the sway bar from doing its job 100%. You can see while your under there that the links are pretty tiny.. why does having a super thick sway bar set to the stiffest setting help with dink links attached to it? I guess thats what they are saying.. looking for someone who can verify this as a good investment or not.
you will notice that the sway bar is more effective when you get the endlinks, the stock ones are horrible. I would go with the endlinks first and bump up your rear tire pressures over your fronts. I'm running 2 psi higher in the rear with my perrin sway bar set in the middle position. The car feels fairly neutral and I'm running the hotchkis springs as well.

great so you felt a pretty good improvement.. seems like the sway bar would up correctly up untill the point when the sway bar links could become overloaded. MY rears tires definately needed less psi.. they were over inflated.. i could see by marking them with chalk that i was not putting all the rubber to the pavement.
