Lap timer

Hello to all

I was wondering, where is the best place to mount a lap timer?

Also anyone that has one, can you post pics of where you mounted yours ?

thanks

BUMP.

I got some input from nils. He had mounted his ultra lap by using the dash and his harness bar. What other solutions have people come up with? I'm thinking about making some sort of bracket to hold the reciever and mounting it to the bottom side of my driver mirror. A little drilling should work nicely. My problem is that the cord just isn't long enough to mount both the receiver and the display in a useable spot.

someone mounted the ultra lap to the B-pillar. but you'll have to order it with a 20ft long cable so u have enough slack to mount it.

I put in on the inside of the roof close to the hand support bars

I mounted the display screen b/w the A/C vents and the IP cluster...a small part of it gets blocked by the wheel but u can still read it.
