The cops think the story about the unknown German driver running away is BS. The owner of the car who was at the scene, claimed he was the passenger, and told the story about the driver running away, well he had blood on his chin and blew over the legal limit for alcohol. Both airbags opened, but only the drivers air bag had blood on it. You decide.

It is a waste of a car. WTF was he thinking. Since I own an Evo there are only two other cars that I envy.
1. Nissan Skyline
2. Ferrari (Enzo,F430,360 modena,testarossa)
Most of the time those cars end up in the wrong hands. It's just another sad day.

 

no its more like 3 or 4 down atleast, i have seen photos from italy or somewhere were the samething happened, car split if half and the same spot on the car, only the driver didn't make it out alive. and at that time poeple told me that was the second reported enzo totalled

The owner of the Enzo was the founder of Eriksson cell phones. He was racing a SLR, which is also his car, but driven by a German friend.
Amazing what these people can do.

I would have love to seen the Enzo race the SLR. I guess you could say that the driver of the SLR was um, much better.

for goign 120 mph catching air and hitting a pole...i'd say its safe...we'd be more than dead in our cars...i'd have to say but us and an evo in a blender, thatll be the outcome after a crazh like that lol

he probably lived because the car split in two. i've seen pictures of cars hitting trees and crushing on themselves as they wrap around it. i hope he gets busted for falsifying information.
